Qualification
Required
Proven leadership or entrepreneurial experience
Persuasive communication and people skills
Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives
Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses
Preferred
insurance experience preferred but not required
