Responsibilities

Perform all diagnostic testing and quality control in accordance with established policies and procedures

Prepare reagents and report accurate, reliable, and timely test results

Conduct moderate to high complexity testing with precision and attention to detail

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications

Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply levels

Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure workflow efficiency and quality outcomes

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Clinical Laboratory Technologist LicenseMedical Technology DegreeClinical Laboratory ExperienceAttention to DetailCollaboration

Required

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or Related Field

Minimum of 4 months of clinical laboratory experience required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
