Responsibilities

Conduct thorough nursing assessments for new admissions

Administer medications per physician and facility protocols

Support and guide LPNs in daily client care

Manage and monitor withdrawal protocols (COWS and CIWA)

Educate clients on medications, wellness, and recovery processes

Collaborate with medical providers during assessments and medication reviews

Maintain clinical supplies and ensure readiness of medical equipment

Complete all required trainings and continuing education hours

Contribute to a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

Qualification
