The Planet Group is looking for a Copywriter to join our well-known financial services client on a roughly 6 month assignment, working a hybrid schedule from their New York, NY office. The role involves creating and revising written content that aligns with business strategies and adheres to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative teams, business leaders and subject matter experts to execute written content that supports the firm’s business strategies

Revise existing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging, to maximize impact across marketing initiatives and business development

Adhere to existing brand guidelines including tone, voice and research-tested messaging architecture to maintain consistency

Copy edit and proofread print and digital content to ensure accuracy and clarity

Translate and version complex financial and workplace topics into digestible pieces that appeal to the target market or audience

Find and cite qualified references for articles, white papers and case studies

Draft language for video scripts, on-screen narratives, ad copy, social posts, blog articles, client communications, graphic briefs, marketing materials and other content as needed

Adeptly navigate systems for project management and collaboration according to team processes

Manage rigorous editorial, subject matter and regulatory review process for content products
