Medical Practices
Responsibilities
See 10–15 adult patients per day, Monday–Friday
No weekends. No double-booking. No after-hours charting
Provide relationship-based care with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management
Collaborate with in-house care teams (RN, LPN, case manager)
Contribute to Stars, HEDIS, and HCC/MRA quality initiatives
Optional leadership growth into Medical Director or supervisory roles
Rotating one-week call
Covers urgent patient issues only — no hospital call
No refills or referral tasks — those are handled during business hours by our support team
Average: 0–10 calls/week
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O. – Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active Florida license + DEA
Preferred
Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish or Greek is a plus
