Client Development Executive
SALESEER, Inc. is a data intelligence company focused on understanding the patient journey and enhancing drug science and commercialization. They are seeking Client Development Executives to drive sales and manage client relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Responsibilities
Drive sales of healthcare data and SaaS-based solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and close
Develop high-quality client-facing materials including CRM documentation, proposals, and RFI responses
Build and nurture strategic relationships with leaders in data purchasing, medical affairs, commercial, and data science
Deliver tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of customer workflows, priorities, and business imperatives
Lead overall account strategy through facilitating collaboration between clients and internal support teams
Leverage client insights to identify, qualify, and expand data purchase opportunities
Maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline in SugarCRM
Accurately forecast revenue and provide timely updates on sales performance
Apply structured sales planning methodologies to consistently exceed quota through frequent, value-driven client engagement
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of sales or business development experience in data, analytics, SaaS, or technology solutions—ideally within the pharmaceutical and/or biotech sector
Strong knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory environment, and healthcare data in decision-making
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
Collaborative team player: at SALESEER, sales is a team sport—sometimes you lead, sometimes you support, always you contribute
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Technical and/or clinical data expertise preferred
Advanced degree such as MHA, PhD, or equivalent experience a plus
