Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed to practice law in California
Ability to work Pacific Standard Time work schedule
6+ years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters
Experience in all aspects of litigation including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions
Experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings
Excellent research and writing skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
