Account Manager- Small Market

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts while building relationships to find solutions to customer needs for our SaaS company.

Bring experience in selling software solutions. Legal tech and SaaS experience are a plus
Self-motivated and passionate about succeeding and career growth
Ability to communicate with prospects and business owners in a professional and courteous manner
Active listening skill essential to gathering information, evaluating business problems/needs and ability to communicate solutions realized through our software platform
Self-starter, passionate about developing new skills and learning industry knowledge to maximize success
Critical thinker with the ability to adapt and work in faced paced environment
Team player who is willing to collaborate across business segments and share best practices to make everyone better
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Technically minded and demonstrates effective use of MS Office tools. Salesforce experience is a plus

Qualification
Required
2+ years of quota carrying experience selling software solutions
Prior experience in B2B sales and outreach to bring in new business, legal tech sales a plus
