New Grad, Entry LevelELLWOOD is seeking a Testing Coordinator to manage outside testing and heat treatment for the business. The role involves packaging and managing logistics for test materials, issuing purchase orders, and trending manufacturing data for review by the Metallurgical/Process Engineering team.

Responsibilities
Issue and update purchase orders to vendors/suppliers
Review certifications for accuracy prior to the receipt of purchase orders
Package test material for shipment
Receive and catalog test material remnants for internal and external testing per retention requirements
Coordinate outside vendor priorities to meet the needs of the business
Provide updates to the organization on the status of testing
Trend testing/other manufacturing data and communicate issues with the Metallurgical/Process team for investigation
Perform external/internal audits
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Knowledge of computers and microsoft software are required
Excellent math skills and problem-solving abilities
Detailed oriented and excellent organization skills
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience operating a forklift is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment and using an e-manufacturing system preferred
