Responsibilities
Lead and manage structural steel projects from conception to completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
Manage on-site operations and supervise project teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project execution
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel industry
Strong understanding of structural steel design and fabrication processes
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Familiarity with steel fabrication and erection processes is a plus
Experience with turn-key steel projects is an advantage
