Reliable Robotics is building safety-enhancing technology for aviation that will save lives. As an Electrical System Integration Engineering Intern, you will be part of a small team focused on designing, testing, and integrating advanced electrical systems for automated flight systems.

Responsibilities

Own a project through the planning, assembly, and testing phases of development
Gain experience in system design as well as hands-on experience building and testing systems both in the lab and on our development aircraft
Contribute to high priority and value-added efforts contributing to our automated flight systems

Qualification

Electrical engineering fundamentalsReading electrical schematicsTesting electronic systemsRunning codeDesigning system architectureData analysisMeasurement skillsTeachingTechnical writing

Required

Junior or Senior standing in 4-year college degree program in electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience
Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Experience reading electrical wiring schematics
Experience testing electronic systems for proper performance
Experience writing and running code

Preferred

Hands on application of electronic systems through classes, clubs, or hobbies
Experience designing a system architecture and weighing design options to accomplish specific system requirements
Ability to design, build, and operate electrical test stands and equipment
Excellent measurement, technical writing, and data analysis skills
Eagerness to both teach and learn
