Responsibilities
Program and optimize Fanuc paint robots with expertise in both bell and gun applications
Collaborate with the APQP team to manage all aspects of new product paint launches
Design and engineer paint racks to maximize capacity and efficiency
Ensure First Time Quality (FTQ) standards are met for all new launches
Maintain a deep understanding of customer paint specifications and ensure full compliance
Use KPI data to identify issues and drive scrap reduction
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to the paint line
Qualification
Required
Experience Fanuc Robotics paint programming
Experience with both bell and gun paint applications
Knowledge of APQP processes and launch protocols
Knowledge of industrial paint specifications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience working in the automotive industry
Experience with automation software
