Project Manager - Information Technology Department

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Area of Concentration: Computer Science or Project Management related
Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of information systems and technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Internet-based applications
Demonstrated planning abilities and experience leading teams in a multi-project environment
Proven skills in leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, risk analysis, and project management methodologies
Strong team-building capabilities and ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to user satisfaction
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage users at all levels to understand and resolve issues while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including experience using project management tools and techniques
In-depth understanding of how computing technologies support administrative and academic systems
Working knowledge of network technologies and their relevance to shared systems architecture
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other recognized project management certifications preferred
