Senior Product Pricing Analyst – PGIM Product Strategy (Hybrid/Newark, NJ)
PGIM is the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, focused on improving financial services. The Senior Product Pricing Analyst will lead strategic pricing initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive innovation in pricing frameworks to support business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM
Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds)
Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth
Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations
Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes
Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics
Lead special projects and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, or Pricing within asset management or similar industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred
Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities
Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments
Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements
Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities

CFA or advanced degree preferred
