Responsibilities

Review and manage federal, state, and local government contracts and subcontracts

Support compliance team with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable procurement regulations

Support internal teams during government audits, proposal submissions, and contract performance reviews

Maintain and track regulatory licenses, registrations, and renewals at the local, state, and federal level

Prepare and submit licensing documentation to ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Support the regulatory team to help monitor changes in licensing requirements and communicate updates to relevant internal stakeholders

Oversee document retention policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Manage the legal document repository, ensuring secure and organized storage and retrieval

Coordinate legal holds and support eDiscovery processes in connection with litigation or investigations

Assist with litigation management, including coordination with outside counsel, case tracking, and preparation of discovery materials

Draft and file routine pleadings, responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision

Support internal investigations and respond to subpoenas or other legal requests
