Rowan University is seeking Small Internal Medicine faculty for its new veterinary program and teaching hospital. The role involves providing comprehensive small animal internal medicine care, teaching veterinary students, and developing the internal medicine service within the teaching hospital.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive small animal internal medicine care in the clinical setting as part of the service
Have direct responsibility for teaching and evaluation of both DVM and veterinary technology students, interns, and residents in the clinical setting
Conduct didactic teaching of internal medicine concepts within the pre-clinical years
Qualification
Required
DVM or equivalent degree
Completion of an internal medicine training program with board-certification (or board-eligibility), ACVIM or ECVIM-CA
Currently licensed in or eligible for licensure in NJ
NJ CDS permit or obtained upon hire
DEA registration or obtained upon hire
Preferred
Demonstrated experience teaching veterinary students in a clinical setting, strongly preferred
