Responsibilities
Architect enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions across data centers, networking, virtualization, storage, and Active Directory
Lead large-scale initiatives such as WAN redesign, VMware enterprise modernization, or enterprise SaaS adoption
Serve as an escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents by performing root cause analysis and design long-term remediations
Optimize enterprise-wide performance, availability, and monitoring, as well as ensuring seamless integration of infrastructure with business-critical applications
Establish and enforce infrastructure architecture documentation, system diagrams, and executive-level reporting
Mentor Engineers I & II by providing technical coaching and growth paths
Lead cross-functional trainings to ensure team understanding and infrastructures impact on the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, technology, or a related area
7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
Expertise in Windows Server architecture, Active Directory Forest/domain design, GPO strategy
Senior-level experience with enterprise networking
Advanced design and optimization of VMware clusters and enterprise storage platforms
Experience in leading large-scale migrations, data center modernization, or multi-site infrastructure rollouts
Preferred
Master's degree in the field of Computer Science, technology, or a related area
Advanced certifications such as VMware VCIX/VCDX, Cisco CCIE, Microsoft Expert-level certifications, CISSP
