Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage check-in, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience that reflects our brand culture
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently
Manage the reception area and conference room scheduling, keeping spaces tidy and guest-ready
Support office operations including mail, packages, messenger services, and supply management
Assist HR and Operations teams with onboarding coordination and administrative tasks
Maintain company contact lists and handle basic data entry or filing
Provide general support to executive and department teams as needed — calendar assistance, meeting prep, vendor coordination, etc
Partner with facilities to address office maintenance or service requests
Help coordinate team meetings, events, and sample sales as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-energy, ever-changing environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and brand awareness
Preferred
fashion or creative industry experience a plus
A genuine interest in fashion, style, and brand culture
Grace under pressure and the ability to stay calm and composed during busy periods
A polished, professional presence with a customer service mindset
