Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound outreach using a structured, consultative sales methodology to generate and convert leads for life insurance and health insurance products
Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and close sales aligned with customer objectives and compliance requirements
Pursue upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities to maximize account value and revenue growth
Manage and advance pipeline activity to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets; use CRM and systems to prioritize and track opportunities
Maintain accurate and current records of interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM to support forecasting and territory management
Participate in structured onboarding, licensing assistance, ongoing sales training, and regular coaching; collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and processes

Required

Minimum age 18
Current state life and health insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain required licensure (licensing support provided)
Dependable, coachable, and motivated by commission and performance-based incentives
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
Comfortable with PC applications and able to quickly learn contact-center, CRM, and sales productivity tools
Able to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Preferred

Prior telesales, inside sales, or customer-service experience; remote inside sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated aptitude for consultative selling, closing, and managing a sales pipeline
Experience working remotely and managing a personal schedule to meet activity and revenue targets
