Head of Channel, Cloud & PE Partnerships

Blitzy is a rapidly scaling AI startup based in Cambridge, MA, seeking a Head of Channel, Cloud & PE Partnerships to drive its external growth ecosystem. The role involves building partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, and private equity firms to enhance Blitzy’s market visibility and partner-sourced pipeline for its AI-native software development platform.

Responsibilities

Expand Blitzy’s presence across AWS, Azure, and GCP through marketplace listings, co-sell programs, and field alignment
Negotiate and manage joint go-to-market and co-marketing agreements
Secure MDF (Market Development Funds) and lead public-facing partnerships at major cloud events
Build direct relationships with cloud partner sales and technical teams to drive shared pipeline
Advance partnerships with consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, Slalom)
Create joint modernization offerings that leverage Blitzy’s platform
Develop certification, enablement, and referral programs to create repeatable delivery capacity
Collaborate closely with the sales organization to operationalize co-sell and co-delivery motions
Build trusted relationships with PE operating teams (e.g., Bain Capital, Vista, Blackstone, TPG, Warburg Pincus)
Launch a Portfolio Modernization Program to introduce Blitzy to multiple portfolio companies
Pair PE partnerships with SIs and cloud providers to deliver portfolio-wide modernization initiatives
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to embed partnerships into Blitzy’s enterprise GTM motion
Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in HubSpot
Lead quarterly business reviews with cloud and SI partners
Represent Blitzy externally at ecosystem events and in joint marketing campaigns

Required

12–20 years in alliances, ecosystem, or channel leadership roles at enterprise SaaS or AI infrastructure companies
Experience managing multi-cloud partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven success scaling SI alliance programs and building partner-sourced pipeline
Familiarity with private equity GTM models and enterprise software modernization cycles
Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills with C-level and partner MD stakeholders
In-person in Cambridge, MA with ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events
