Responsibilities
Support design projects across the full UX lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual refinement
Create design assets (layouts, icons, banners, UI components) that align with Quill’s brand guidelines and design system
Assist in building interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing partners to ensure designs are practical, on-brand, and customer-first
Conduct competitive and UX best practice reviews to inspire new design ideas and improve existing experiences
Participate in design critiques, incorporating feedback into revisions and iterating quickly
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, Product Design or a related field
Strong skills in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
A portfolio that demonstrates visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
Curiosity about user-centered design and eagerness to learn UX best practices
Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate in a team setting
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
