Sr. Project Manager - Recruiting COTA
Capital One is a leading financial services company seeking a Sr. Project Manager in their Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on leading critical recruiting initiatives, leveraging data and strategic thinking to solve complex talent acquisition challenges, and managing cross-functional projects to enhance the company's ability to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
Analyze data to support operational insights and process improvement recommendations that focus on increased productivity, reduced cost, and risk reduction
Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans from feasibility to implementation
Manage medium to large-scale, interdepartmental and cross-departmental projects that directly impact the company
Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met while identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks and issues; manage complex upstream and downstream project impacts
Support organizational events such as town halls, communications, on/off boarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, audit document files or support regular process risk assessments
Conduct regular project team meetings, document progress, assign next steps, and report status to stakeholders
Partner and forge relationships with project customers and stakeholders, providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Lead special projects autonomously and in partnership with cross-functional teams
Lead with influence across Talent Acquisition and HR organizations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in project management or process management
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
At least 3 years of experience in project management or process management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management
At least 1 year experience with improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or PMP
