Responsibilities
Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately
Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
Qualification
Required
Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred
3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience
Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles and techniques, and familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately
Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
