Draft and review transaction documents in connection with commercial lending and finance matters
Provide hands-on support to senior attorneys across multiple active transactions
Manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate closings
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in banking and finance, corporate, or transactional law (law firm experience preferred)
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to efficiently balance responsibilities across multiple matters
