NetSuite is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist with the transformation of its Quote to Cash processes. The role involves gathering requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project timelines are met while improving customer satisfaction through analytical thinking and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities

Creatively use AI or rule-based automation to raise productivity, contribute to cost savings and top live revenue growth

Ensuring project team meets timelines and intended scope

Performing requirements gathering for projects, enhancements and issues

Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates

Communicating shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions

Conducting basic testing of user stories ensuring they adhere to the acceptance criteria and/or collaborate with the Quality Assurance team as needed

Required

A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis or a related field

Experience of working on Quote to Cash process improvements and transformation initiatives

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with Agile and workings of a product-oriented model

Effective communication and leadership skills

Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers

Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation

Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for and ability to understand customer needs

Ability to work with globally distributed teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related field
