Develop and manage a profitable book of Professional Liability, E&O/D&O, and Cyber business
Maintain and expand relationships with retail agents and carriers
Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing within the E&S marketplace
Deliver creative, tailored solutions for complex client risks
Partner with internal teams and leadership to achieve production and growth goals
Stay informed on market trends, emerging risks, and product innovations in professional lines and cyber
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Professional Liability / E&O-D&O / Cyber within the wholesale or E&S space
Established network of retail agents and carrier partners
Ability to produce results with minimal ramp-up time
Deep understanding of professional lines coverage, cyber exposures, and excess placements
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven work ethic
Preferred
Active P&C license
