Responsibilities

Accurately enter sales orders and assist with quoting activities. Manage multiple incoming sales requests, ensuring timely and professional responses

Support the sales, engineering, and project management teams by creating accurate, customer-ready quotes and proposals for materials and services

Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, procurement, and project management) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project details

Engage with internal and external customers to clarify order details, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order processing

Identify and resolve order-related challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate complex issues when needed

Recommend and support initiatives to streamline quoting and order entry processes, enhancing accuracy, speed, and overall efficiency
