Technical Recruiter
IntePros is a woman-owned staffing firm with over 25 years of success in placing top IT talent. The Technical Recruiter will identify and engage technical talent, build relationships, and drive revenue growth by managing the recruitment lifecycle and meeting key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Identify candidates for open requirements
Proactively source, identify, and engage top technical talent for a variety of client requirements using platforms such as LinkedIn, internal ATS, and referrals
Build and long-term relationships by empowering, encouraging, and proactively supporting our personnel to exceed our clients’ expectations
Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and present highly qualified, well-aligned candidates in a timely manner
Drive revenue growth by developing strategic candidate pipelines, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top talent is ready when new opportunities arise
Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to submittals, interviews, and placements, contributing to the overall success and momentum of the team
Qualification
Required
Prior IT staffing experience (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Preferred
College degree preferred
