Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and that project milestones are met

Provide clear direction and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team culture

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives, requirements, and expectations are understood and met

Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success

Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and client requirements

Required

Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and able to quickly adapt to new situations

Proficient in project management software tools and applications

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects successfully
