Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Radiance Marketing is a Marketing, Sales, and Brand Development firm located in Midtown Manhattan. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and building strong relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide prompt, courteous, and solution-focused support across a variety of customer needs
Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, product information, billing, and technical issues
Troubleshoot problems and provide real-time solutions in a clear, professional manner
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, product, etc.) to address customer concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or related field)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to de-escalate tense situations and remain professional under pressure
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer support software
