They are seeking a VFD Technical Specialist & Trainer to provide advanced technical support and deliver engaging training programs on variable frequency drives and motor control systems.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in VFDs, soft starters, and motor controls
Support customers, sales reps, and distributors with application engineering, startup, and troubleshooting
Deliver hands-on technical training in classrooms, labs, and customer facilities
Develop engaging training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning)
Stay ahead of industry standards and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and relevant

Qualification

VFD expertiseMotor control systemsTroubleshooting skillsAC/DC motors knowledgePLC experienceIndustrial networksTeaching passionCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

5+ years' experience with VFDs, motor controls, or industrial automation
Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of AC/DC motors and drives
Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences
A passion for teaching and helping others succeed
This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis, without restriction and without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred

Experience with PLCs and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) is a plus
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered
