Responsibilities

Hands-on management and execution of accounting, closings, general ledgers, and financial reporting for multiple companies

Play a pivotal role in controllership and accounting for international entities, construction projects, and joint venture partnerships

Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures; oversee and enhance transaction processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and minimize risk

Manage treasury functions, monitor cash flow, and update financial projections

Lead international expansion efforts, including foreign subsidiaries, reporting, and compliance

Oversee project and departmental budgets and forecasts, working closely with technical and construction teams as well as internal accounting staff

Ensure budget compliance and deliver variance analysis

Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

Partner with external accounting firms on tax planning, compliance, and audits

Collaborate with executives on supply chain execution, growth strategies, and inventory planning

Manage compliance for sales tax, VAT, investment credits, and R&D credits

Provide governance over accounting and transaction processes

Partner closely with Endeavour’s accounting team and CFO

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, including negotiating credit terms

Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a growing accounting staff

Monthly travel to Middletown, NY, for on-site collaboration
