Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance computer applications and databases supporting SPP operations

Lead and manage SPP’s Atlassian environment, including 23 integrated applications

Design and implement automated workflows and integrations that improve business efficiency

Support and optimize physical security and surveillance systems for continuous performance

Build and maintain reporting tools for resource planning, project tracking, and billing

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Provide expert-level technical support and documentation for developed solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience

Lead Programmer Developer - Ten (10) years of applicable Information Technology Development/Support experience

Senior Programmer Developer - Six (6) years of applicable Information Technology Development/Support experience

Proven experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket required)

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel macros

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Two (2) or more years applicable utility industry experience

Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI

Java, Extract Transform Load (ETL)

Containers, Kubernetes, Docker

Scripting experience: Powershell, Perl, Shell scripting, Python

Web Service / REST / SOAP / WSDL / XSD Experience

Ansible, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins Experience
