Responsibilities
Document, maintain, globalize and standardized process maps, workflows, and templates across functions
Assist in developing, improving, and deploying toolsets that enable efficient and consistent execution
Partner with site teams to capture process gaps, user requirements, and feedback for continuous improvement
Support the design and implementation of dashboards for reporting KPIs and adoption metrics
Provide training and technical support to users of newly deployed tools and processes
Ensure tools and processes are aligned with RCA and CAPA actions, driving measurable improvements
Collaborate with IT to streamline tool integration with enterprise systems
Maintain a living repository of tools, processes, and documentation for easy access and governance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 – 5 years of experience in process management, quality, operations, or continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, digitization, and process standardization
Familiarity with RCA, CAPA, and CI methodologies within industrial or project environments
Proficiency in Power BI, and process mapping software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users
