Responsibilities

Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans
Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process
Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs)
Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes
Active engagement and taking the lead on proposal activities and BOM approvals
Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management
Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance
Being familiar with and reference applicable policies and procedures to perform MPM tasks

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience in Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related
Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs)
Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to support complex product development efforts
Excellent reporting/communication skills and ability to demonstrate RTX Leadership Behaviors
Experience in a matrixed organizational structure
Experience in material requirements planning (MRP)
MPM level 3 or 4 certification/or PM certification
Experience in executing program financials, risk & opportunity, RLPM gates, and creating an MPP
