USF College of Nursing is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to work as a study therapist for a NIH-funded clinical trial. The role involves comparing a Virtual Reality-based treatment for phobias to traditional telehealth-based treatment, with opportunities for authorship on related manuscripts.

Responsibilities
Work primarily as a study therapist for a NIH-funded clinical trial comparing a Virtual Reality-based treatment for dog, snake, and spider phobias to traditional telehealth-based treatment
Conduct the trial in the Innovation in Mental Health (iMH) Lab in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences
Have the opportunity to author and co-author manuscripts on digital mental health solutions using existing or newly collected data, if desired
Qualification
Required
Doctorate Degree
Experience in clinical trials
Knowledge of Virtual Reality-based treatments
Experience with telehealth-based treatments
Ability to work under supervision
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience in authoring and co-authoring manuscripts
Familiarity with mental health research
