Responsibilities

Support the investment banking team by providing analytical support on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for our clients
Learn how to conduct research, assist with company valuations and financial models, assist in the preparation of client presentations, and gain exposure to live transaction activity
Learn analytical skills through broad exposure to both junior and senior bankers, that will prepare you for a full-time career in Investment Banking
Receive education, training and development leading up to and throughout the internship that address the varied backgrounds and knowledge levels
Receive mentorship both formal and informal from a variety of experienced bankers
Participate in a series of four 2-hour sessions of “Wall Street Prep” training program prior to start date to gain exposure to investment banking, fundamental concepts, and keys to success as an IB intern

Required

Completion of Spring 2026 of Sophomore year
Graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
Candidates must have a proven academic record
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program required with a strong interest of finance
A full-time minimum 10-week commitment during the summers of 2026 and 2027 is required
Candidates must be eager and able to learn in a solution-focused, challenging environment
Possess a strong work ethic and a record for excellence
Have the ability to function equally well in both a team setting and on a self-directed basis
Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills

Preferred

Accounting, Business, Economics and Finance concentrations are preferred, but not mandatory
