HWIL Principal Systems Integrator - P4

They are seeking a Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Principal Systems Integrator who will be responsible for troubleshooting and integrating various systems while working within HWIL facilities to support system signal presentation and lead failure investigation activities.

Responsibilities

Work with various trades and designs for developmental programs within the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) organization
Perform system integration activities within HWIL facilities to support system signal presentation
Lead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities within HWIL facilities
Assist in generating requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to support HWIL design activities
Participate on HWIL engineering teams which perform test system design, assembly and integration activities on developmental programs
Work in a team environment in HWIL facilities which support the full lifecycle of system development and sustainment activities

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
Integration experience including hardware, software and/or firmware
Experience with schematic capture software (i.e. Mentor, CREO, etc
Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for security clearance

Preferred

Strong organization, coordination, planning, teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
Existing SSBI clearance
Experience with electronics design and/or experience conducting data analysis
Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
Knowledge of networking and IP addressed based equipment
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Able to work and interface with a cross-discipline team
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance
Familiar with various communication interfaces such as RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, CAN, 1553
Knowledge of or experience with software languages such as Java, C, C++, or similar languages; scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl, and MATLAB scripts for data analysis purposes
Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
