They are seeking a Student Administrative Assistant to assist the Continuing Education Department with administrative support, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Professional Development Programs and departmental activities.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for department staff and programs
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
Assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings and room reservations
Support registration processes for workshops, conferences, and other events
Make updates to department webpages
Collect and distribute department mail and other communications
Assist with the preparation and assembly of materials for workshops, conferences, and meetings
Help with event setup, check-in, and on-site support during Continuing Education events
Perform other tasks as assigned by position supervisor

Required

Current students enrolled at any of the Universities of Wisconsin
Ability to provide general administrative support for department staff and programs
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
Ability to assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings and room reservations
Experience supporting registration processes for workshops, conferences, and other events
Ability to make updates to department webpages
Ability to collect and distribute department mail and other communications
Ability to assist with the preparation and assembly of materials for workshops, conferences, and meetings
Ability to help with event setup, check-in, and on-site support during Continuing Education events
Ability to perform other tasks as assigned by position supervisor
