Account Specialist – Inside Sales (King of Prussia, PA)
Dunbar is a national firm specializing in reuniting lost or abandoned funds with their rightful owners. As an Account Specialist, you will engage directly with account owners to explain how Dunbar can help recover their assets, build trust, and guide them through the recovery process.

Responsibilities
Conduct 40+ outbound calls daily to contact potential account owners
Build rapport and educate clients on Dunbar’s recovery services and process
Manage follow-up communication via phone, email, text, and mail
Respond to inbound calls and address customer questions accurately and professionally
Maintain detailed notes and updates in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with peers and leadership through Teams, chat, and other internal tools
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of proven success in outbound sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition
Salesforce or other CRM experience required
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and organized with solid time management skills
Associate degree or higher required
Preferred
Prior experience in customer outreach, reservations, call center, or field sales roles preferred
