Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise-Wide Initiatives: Analyze existing processes and propose innovative solutions that improve operations across TSA vetting programs
Oversee Strategic Projects: Manage the planning, development, and implementation of mission-critical initiatives from concept to execution
Shape Policy and Legal Frameworks: Draft, review, and update legal, regulatory, and policy documents to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across functional teams and external stakeholders to align goals and foster collaboration
Set and Measure Performance Goals: Define clear success metrics and monitor progress to continuously improve organizational performance
Leverage Data to Inform Decisions: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions
Develop Reporting Tools and Dashboards: Create and refine data visualization products and performance reports that highlight trends and outcomes

Required

Security Clearance: Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business process-related roles
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in report writing and documentation
Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
Understanding of policy and regulatory development processes
Experience managing and engaging stakeholders at various levels

Preferred

Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean Certification)
Technical Certifications, such as ITIL or other relevant credentials
