Lead + Build: Grow and mentor a team of forward-deployed engineers obsessed with speed and precision

Embed with Clients: Work side by side with executives, operators, and end-users to uncover the hardest problems and design real solutions

Stay Hands-On: Architect systems, ship code, debug, and deploy into production-you set the standard

Shape the Product: Partner with core engineering and product teams to feed frontline insights directly into the roadmap

Operate at the Edge: Define and refine how we deploy, measure, and sustain impact in the field

Advise at the Highest Levels: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs-helping shape the future of wealth management technology
