• Insurance defense, commercial

• General commercial or civil litigation

The candidate must have experience deposing and defending fact and expert witnesses and have first chair jury trial experience
An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and organized and have excellent communication and writing skills
A portable book of business is not required
Qualification
Required
5-10+ years of relevant experience in litigation
Litigation experience in two or more of the following areas: Medical malpractice defense, Insurance defense, commercial, Workers' compensation, Employment, General commercial or civil litigation, Personal injury
Experience deposing and defending fact and expert witnesses
First chair jury trial experience
Proactive, detail oriented, and organized
Excellent communication and writing skills
Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or ability to become licensed in Nebraska in the near future
