This role is instrumental in evaluating warranty and quality data, identifying emerging issues, and driving actionable insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Evaluate warranty and quality data to identify emerging issues through trend analysis
Drive actionable insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Serve as a key liaison between the North American region and the Global Quality and ICT organizations
Support warranty system enhancements and resolve system-related issues
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure accurate functionality and reporting
Use quality data to identify and escalate issues as the voice of the customer
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and present insights to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering from an accredited university
5+ years of Engineering experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complexity and multitask in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Master's degree or higher
Proficient with Warranty systems and processes
5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics
Familiarity with automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and supplier quality
Quality related experience
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
