Responsibilities

Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive qualified opportunities to closure
Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects through networking, direct outreach, and participation in industry conferences, webinars, and events
Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and present tailored PRIME solutions that align with their strategic and operational goals
Market Engagement: Connect with key decision-makers and influencers across healthcare payers and providers
Collaboration: Partner with marketing, solution consultants, and senior business development teams to develop proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunity stages within the CRM system
Event Representation: Represent Atlas Systems at sponsored conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance market visibility and foster new relationships

Required

2–3 years of business development or sales experience in IT products or solutions, preferably targeting healthcare payers/providers
Proven ability in consultative, solution-oriented selling
Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with prospects through multiple channels
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred

Prior experience selling to U.S. healthcare payers and providers
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
