Responsibilities

Spearhead the creation of the AI Center of Excellence
Architect scalable AI systems and lead a world-class team
Collaborate across product, engineering, and business to deliver AI innovations
Guide the development of intelligent SaaS capabilities, infrastructure, and staff
Enhance user experience, automate workflows, and unlock new value from the data ecosystem
Lead by example in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems
Influence AI strategy development and execution to deliver customer value and revenue growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Experience leading software engineering teams focused on AI/ML technologies
Deep understanding of AI systems design
Experience with model deployment

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, business, global technology, and sales teams
Ability to influence AI strategy development and execution
Experience in delivering customer value and significant revenue growth in a software SaaS business

Preferred

Visionary leadership skills

Experience in creating and growing an AI Center of Excellence
Experience with intelligent automation
