Responsibilities
Check and monitor customer’s order release data to ensure orders will be filled on time for all business partners
Work with carriers to ensure JIT deliveries are made on time and resolve any out of line situations
Work with the Supply Chain manager to adequately resolve all issues with customers
Participate in the development of the PSI (Purchasing Sales Inventory) process
Report any out-of-line situations to the supply chain manager
Complete all tasks and assignments as directed by Management
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
Prior experience working with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) required
Some overnight travel, including weekends required
Preferred
A bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration and Supply Chain Management preferred
0 – 4 years of experience in supply chain operations preferred
Familiarity with ERP System (SAP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
