Assist with pricing jobs and performing accurate unit takeoff calculations
Track cable and conduit inventory and maintain well-organized project documentation
Support foremen and superintendents with work order management and material receiving
Maintain accurate records and contribute to project reporting and analysis

Self-disciplined, motivated, able to work with limited direct supervision, self-sufficient problem solver
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management or accounting/finance preferred but not required
Directly related experience in cost accounting, scheduling, or project controls for construction projects
Knowledge of fundamental principles, concepts, and techniques in project cost accounting and project financial controls
Proficient computer skills using MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
