Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support for Office and Sales Managers, assisting with scheduling, CRM updates, and administrative tasks
Greet clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Manage vehicle inventory, including organization, stocking, and tracking
Oversee front-desk operations, multi-line phones, and client communications
Maintain showroom and client lounge appearance, documentation, filing, and reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Experience with CDK or Dealertrack is required
Preferred
Previous automotive experience
Administrative experience plus availability for part-time work, including Saturdays
Professional, polished presence with grace under pressure
Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions focused
Ability to multitask and manage high-end clientele
