Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Experience using Quire
Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required
Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required
Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required
Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required
Qualification
Required

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments
Experience using Quire
